Partners In Wellness is an organization of therapists from complimentary therapeutic orientations that have come together to offer nurturing services to individuals, private groups, churches, and corporations.

Our purpose is to provide experienced and certified wellness professionals with the intent to assist in recognizing and addressing patterns that life's habits leave on us.


Services We Provide

Massage

Clients remain fully clothed during the massages; no oils or creams are used. A therapeutic or relaxing massage can be scheduled using a massage chair or table. Elements of Focus Training can be combined into the massage for a deeper sense of relaxation.

Head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands and upper back are generally addressed for a well-rounded upper body massage.

In addition to areas listed above, the lower back, legs, and feet can be specifically addressed.

Therapeutic

Repetitive and stress-related postural pain issues can be specifically addressed.

Relaxation

Purely a moment of doing nothing where you are able to relax at a deep cellular level, returning to work refreshed and renewed.

Pain Management, Weight Loss and Smoking Cessation

By using techniques of hypnosis and teaching of self-hypnosis, clients learn ways to change patterns of behaviors and thought processes that can lead to management of chronic pain, weight loss and or smoking cessation.

Life Coaching/Goal Setting

Through one-to-one discussions, the client and the Life Coach identify goals to enhance the client’s life and the path to successfully achieve the goals.

Restorative Escape

Rest, restore and renew yourself in the largest urban hardwood forest of the United States, located just 10 minutes from downtown Dallas. Take time to remove yourself from the habits and cares of everyday life. Join us in the beautiful surroundings of The Trinity River Audubon Center for 90 minutes of resting yoga. You will be guided through a series of supported poses designed to gently open and relax the body, while receiving a sampling of other healing treatments including massage and aromatherapy. Great mini-vacation; no passport required!

Yoga Nidra/Yogic Sleep

We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely sleep well and we rarely take time to rest.
